He was predeceased by: his parents, John Galloway and Letha Galloway; and his siblings, Fred Galloway, Roy Galloway and Adell Finley.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Cragg Galloway of Alto; his children, Becki Galloway Adams of Anderson, SC and Tony; his daughter-in-law Donna Galloway of Alto; his daughter Linda (Bucky Lee) of Clarkesville; his grandchildren, Cannie Adams, Aaron Lee (Neahna), Dr. Hannah Galloway, Sadie Galloway McFarlin (Brandon), Lily Galloway, Jackson Lee and Abby Lee; and his brother Edgar Joe Galloway.
