With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Martin of Alto, Georgia, born in Habersham, Georgia, who passed away on October 21, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Chastain and Jessie Lee Williams Chastain; her husband Boyce "Bugs" Martin; her son Bruce Martin; her siblings, L. M. Chastain, Thomas Chastain (Frances) and Mary Baker (Norman); her siblings-in-law, Betty Chastain, Mary Chastain, Albert Thomas, John Clardy and Everage Caudell; her niece Brenda Franklin; and her nephew Harry Caudell.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda; her son-in-law Brent Dalton of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Amanda (Alex Wilbanks) of Gainesville and Blake (Lauren Dalton) of Gainesville; her great grandchildren, Austin Wilbanks, Dalton Wilbanks, Caroline Grace Wilbanks and Baylor Dalton; her siblings, Lucy Clardy of Baldwin, Barbara Caudell of Mt. Airy, T. R. Chastain of McDonough, David Chastain (Patricia) of Mt. Airy and Robert Chastain (Sue) of Mt. Airy; and her sister-in-law Marie Chastain.
