He was predeceased by: his parents, Loy M. Oliver and Anna Black Oliver; his wife Magdalene Lackey Oliver; his children, Karen Oliver Turner and Ervin "Buck" Oliver; his grandchild Shannon Turner; and his brother Rex Oliver.
He is survived by: his son Every; his children-in-law, Betty Ann Oliver of Alto and Jeffery Turner of Alto; his sister Darlene; his brother-in-law David Evans of Lula; and his sister Betty Jo Wingo of Gainesville. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nephews.
