She is survived by: her son Kent Maddox (Barbara) of Cleveland, GA; her granddaughter Alicia Maddox of Cumming, GA; and her nephews, Scott Elinburg, Michael Elinburg, Horace Mddox (Barbara) of Jefferson, GA, Larry Maddox (Jackie) of Buford, GA, David Phillips of Toccoa, GA and Donnie Maddox of Florida. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
