He was predeceased by: his parents, Ratanlal Maganlal Majmundar and Lalita Ratanlal Majmundar; and his brothers, Ghanshyam Ratanlal Majmundar and Dinesh Ratanlal Majmundar. He is survived by: his wife Manoj Vipin Majmundar; his children, Kshitij 'Mike Vipin Majmundar, Anjal Vipin Majmundar, Shruti Rajen Chokshi (Rajenkumar Chokshi) and Ami Kiril Sutaria (Kiril Jitendrakumar Sutaria); his siblings, Hasmukh Ratanlal Majmundar, Gopal Ratanlal Majmundar, Ramesh Ratanlal Majmundar, Suresh Ratanlal Majmundar, Bhanu Niranjan Desai and Chanda Kanulal Parikh; and his grandchildren, Milan Rajen Chokshi, Arin Etthan Sutaria, Ayan Jai Sutaria, Ria Karina Chokshi and Maya Lakshmi Majmundar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
