It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Garrison Coan of Alpharetta, Georgia, who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Garrison and Lucy Lowe Garrison; and her brother John "Buzzy" Garrison. She is survived by: her significant other Gaylord Coan; her children, Anna Armstrong, Greg Coan (Tami) and Mark Coan (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jessica Crawford (Cameron), Lauren Armstrong, Matthew Coan, Michael Armstrong and Celeste Coan; her great grandchildren, Dansby and Bo Crawford; and her sister Debbie Badger (Rick). She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers Sandra specific request were that contributions be made to Alzheimers Association of Georgia, https://www.alz.org, in loving memory of "Sandra Garrison Coan".
