He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marschal Williams; his stepchildren, Michele Abdon and Sherri Westfall; his children, Cynthia Denise Mooney (John William), Patti Gale Woodall (Kirk Jackson Woodall), Bradley Stewart Williams (Robin Williams) and Laura Leigh Bailey (William); and his sister Katherine Decker (Kay). He is also survived by family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
