He was predeceased by: his former wife Gertrude Marshal Westbrook; his wife Barbara Sue Tucker Westbrook; his son Charles Paul Westbrook, Jr.; and his sister Hazel Westbrook Spence. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Martin, Scott, Michelle Westbrook, Shirely and Stevie Allen; and his siblings, Beatrice Haney, Talmadge (Sandra Westbrook) and James (Louise Westbrook). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
