He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard D. Richards and Laura Richards; and his sister Gail Fiedler. He is survived by: his children, Charles Michael Richards of Cartersville, GA and Kathryn Laurel Richards; his sister Julie; and his brother-in-law Stephen Tayes of Kissimmee, FL.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
