She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bruning and Lottie Bruning. She is survived by: her husband Jack H. Pinion; her daughters, Kathleen Whitley (Joe D.) of Milton and Constance Raji of Alpharetta, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Lauren J. Whitley of Athens, GA, Thomas M. Whitley (Katie) of Atlanta, GA, Daniel P. Raji of Alpharetta, GA and David M. Raji of Richland, Washington.; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Rose.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel - Ft. Oglethorpe Heritage Funeral Homes Fort Oglethorpe (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the Forest Hills Cemetery (4016 Tennessee Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37410).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Hannah Bruning Scholarship Fund.
