She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Oliver Reinking and Sarah Henrietta Reinking (Jones); her husband Jesse Phillips; her former husband Edward Stephen Brotzman; and her stepson Jesse Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Kay Richards (James); her grandchildren, Amber and Brandon of Canton, Georgia.; her sister Diane Mulley (Bill); her nieces, Karen Waters (Bob) and Pam Nelson (Scott); her stepchildren, Jeanine Phillips Cleveland (Ben) and Stephen Phillips (Kay); and her stepdaughter-in-law Jane Phillips.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Northside Chapel Funeral Directors & Crematory (12050 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA 30075). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marilyn's name to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital or The Salvation Army.
