It is with great sadness that we announce the death of MacK Stephens in Alpharetta, Georgia, born in Greenville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 9, 2020, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Clyde Stephens; his uncle Jim Stephens; and his cousin James Creel. He is survived by: his mother Judy Stephens. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mack's name to the American Heart Association.
