He is survived by: his sister Barbara DiCrencezo (Nick) of Chicago, IL; his children, Brian Sulka (Amy), Jeffrey Sulka (Katie) and Angela Maher (Dermot); his grandchildren, Jacob Sulka, Dylan Sulka, Ethan Sulka, Emily Sulka, Aidan Maher, Aoife Maher, Brad Moye, Holden Moye and Kaitlyn Moye; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Fisher and Betty Fisher (Jon Marinelli).
