He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hendrickson of West Dennis, MA.. He is survived by: his mother Janet Hendrickson (Crooks); his significant other Ryan Christopher Hendrickson; his son Ryan; and his sisters, Lisa Hendrickson (Hilary Sandler) and Jody Hirschfeld (Steve). He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kurt's name to No Longer Bound—The Daniel Jenkins Scholarship Fund, a cause very close to Kurt's heart.
