He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard and Margery Kornswiet. He is survived by: his parents, John Zelonka and Sheryl Zelonka; his son Joshua; his sister Kami (Russell Brown); his nephews, Zachary and Cooper; and his aunt Linda Kornswiet (Stanford Kauffman). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
