She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Clarence LaGarde; and her parents, Joseph Michael and Mary Aufdemorte Lockhart. She is survived by: her daughter Holly LaGarde Schott; her son-in-law Patrick Michael Schott, Jr.; and her brothers, Orlan, Jules and Gaynel Lockhart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
