He is survived by: his wife Vicki Day Cook; his children, Tonya Cook Cowart (Jeff) and Joshua Cook; his siblings, Sallie Ruth Newton, Mary Ann Robertson and Marty Cook (Darlene); and his grandchildren, Eli, Tara, Sage, Mckenzie and Eleanor. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
