We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2023, at the age of 92, Dorothy Protos in Alpharetta, Georgia, born in Massillon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Panis and Theone Panis (Syrios); and her husband Peter N. Protos. She is survived by: her children, Maria Stanforth (John) and Nicholas Protos (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Christopher Protos, PJ Protos, Jackie Smith, Bryan Stanforth, Andrew Stanforth, Melissa Stanforth, Adam Protos and Erin Protos Simmons.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shiners Hospital for Children.
