She is survived by: her husband Mark McIntosh; her daughters, Laura Nanson (Ben), Karen McIntosh, Allison Dickie (Nick) and Amy Holcomb (Ryan); her grandchildren, Max, George, Thomas, Ava, Oliver, Vivianne, Summer, Sammy and Hansford; and her siblings, Kevin Frye, Colleen Dukes, James Frye, Mary Ellen Kobold and Timothy Frye.
