She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kuratnick and Helen Kluznik Kuratnick; and her brother Michael Kuratnick. She is survived by: her son Christopher Bolick of San Francisco, California; and her siblings, David (Sally Kuratnick) and Mary Ann Kuratnick of Alpharetta, Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of customary remembrances the family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
