She is survived by: her husband Ray Douglas; her sons, Justin Douglas (Katie) and Fraser Douglas (Lauren); her brother Rick Hayward (Marta); her grandchildren, Savannah, Jacob, Hudson, Benjamin and Henry; and her nieces, Leigh Hayward Stoudenmire and Kristen Denhardt Brannon.
