She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Ragan and Willie Andrews Ragan; her husband James Fred Hill, Jr.; and her brother Jimmie Ragan. She is survived by: her son Jeff Hill (Suzie) of Alpharetta; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Rebekah and Griffin Hill; and her sister-in-law Julia Ragan of Cuthbert.
