She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Howard Patrick and Alma Rebecca Surbaugh Patrick; her husband Roy Roscoe May; her brother Don Earl Patrick; and her sister-in-law Sheryl Patrick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Chapman of Lakeland, FL, Vickie Elkins (Michael) of South Point, OH and Amber May Boatright (Roy) of Alma, GA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; three nephews and a niece.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to New Vision Youth Department.
