She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Newberry and Etta Mae Courson Newberry; her siblings, Buddy Newberry, Johnny Newberry, Roy Newberry, Sr., Billy Newbery, Rosemary Thompson and Paula Driggers; and her son-in-law Mike Roppe.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Miles (Kimberly) and Wendy Roppe; her grandchildren, Steelie Roppe and Bailey Miles (Jason Ammons); and her sister Carlyn Hodge.
