She was predeceased by: her parents, John Riley Boatright and Faye Tillman Boatright; her husband Eugene Waters; her son John Riley Waters; and her brothers, Edsel Boatright, Jerry Boatright and Jimmy Boatright.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Robbie" Waters (Amanda Lambert) and Dorothy "Dot" Harkleroad (Randy); and her siblings, Ardel Boatright (Diane), Sue Graef (Rick), Elaine Palmer and Dora Boatright. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carters Chapel Church (137 Carter Chapel Rd, Mershon, GA 31551). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
