She is survived by: her children, Kagy Slaughter III of Nicholls, Samual Ed Slaughter (Rachel) of Elgin, SC, Stephen Isaac Slaughter (Terri) of Nicholls and Anna Alisha Vickers (John) of Nicholls. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
