She is survived by: her husband Gene Vickers; her grandchildren, Nora, Amelia, Heidi McGuire, Peaton Cooper, Judah, Henri Manning, Hunter and Autumn Boatright; her brother Jim Smith (Cindy); and also Barbara Kenton Carson.

In lieu of flowers, her family asks that contributions be made to her ministry, Fifth Street Food Pantry.
