He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Hardwick Waters (Ted Lamar Stewart) of Blackshear; his brother Dusty Ray Waters (Emily) of Douglas; his grandmother Willene Hardwick of Alma; his uncles, Curtis, Marvin Hardwick, Ricky, Randy and Russell Waters; and his aunt Sandy Overstreet.
