He is survived by: his wife Delane Carter Cothern; his children, Jeff Cothern and Pamela Gracie Moore (Brian) of Alma; his grandchildren, Sierra Davis (James), Jordan Moore, Joshua Moore, Nick Cothern, Mason Cothern and Maura Cothern; his great grandchild James Henry Davis; and his sisters, Louise Cothern Lamb of Alma, Helen Cothern McCartle (Cliff) of Texas and Faye Cothern Jarrard of Florida.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Campground United Methodist Church (147 Campground Church Rd, Nicholls, GA 31554). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
