He is survived by: his wife Raulette B. Waters; his children, Robert "Robbie" Waters (Amanda Lambert) and Dorothy "Dot" Harkleroad (Randy); and his siblings, Thomas Waters, Alvin Waters and Kay Reese (Clinton). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
