He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Ivey Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Jacobs of Alma; his children, Dr. Rachel Ivey Jacobs of Lafyette, LA and Luke Jacobs of Alma; and his siblings, Danny Jacobs (Sherry) of Waycross, Leslie Jacobs (Alan Stewart) of Memphis, TN and Phyllis Seggerman of Walton, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

“I heard about your loss or rather your gain. you two were just complete. you will have up and down days. your kids are so grown up now. wow time flies. one thing curtis father delivered me in 1955. He made housecalls to my great great grandmother he called her aunt sallie. He was smiling always like curtis. everytime i did see him he just had eyes for you and you have been an amazing wife, mother friend. if you ever need me call me i am only a phone call away. hang on jenny life goes on ,DCorbe”
