He was predeceased by: his parents, Coey Colby Manning and Dorthy McDowell Manning; and his sisters, Deliah Manning St. John and Myra Manning. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Bowen Manning; his children, Michael Scott Manning (Ginger) and Kimberly Waters (Johnny) of Alma; his mother-in-law Marcella Manalo of Alma; and his siblings, Ray Manning (Milly), Bert Manning and Patty Porter of Woodbine. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
