She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Sweat and Pearlie Mae Corbit Sweat; her husband Marlow Taylor; her daughter Kimberly Lane Taylor Alexander; her grandson Kendall Medders; her great grandchild Analiah Ellison; her brothers, W. L. Taylor and Billy Taylor; and her daughter-in-law Deborah Kaye Medders Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Greg M. Taylor (Michelle) of Hazlehurst, Dale Taylor (Teresa) of Lauren, SC. and John David "J. D."; and her sisters, Dorothy Boyett of Alma, Norma Gail Davis (Jimmy) of Waycross and Jean "Doley" Taylor of Gainesville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
