He is survived by: his spouse Reverend Doctor Charity Barnard; his brother Deacon Barnard; his children, William Barnard, Jimmy Barnard, Ronald Barnard, Terrell Barnard (Rhonda), Lillian Baker, Sharon Roney and Ernest Barnard (Diane); and his niece Barbara J. Jackson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and church family and friends.
