He is survived by: his wife Pamela Dart McDonald; his children, William David McDonald, Sr. (Teresa) and Debra A. McDonald (Brian); his stepsons, James R. Mehaffey, Jr. and Richard Scott Mehaffey (Rachael); and his grandchildren, William David McDonald, Jr., Bobbie McDonald, Jay McDonald, Kyle Strick, Bradley Dunn, Michael McDonald, Christy Rockwood, Madison Mehaffey, Sarah Mehaffey, Daniel Dasher and Parker Mehaffey. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
