He is survived by: his son Guy Edwards Collins; his siblings, William, Henry, Charles, Buddy, Gladys, Lochia, Mildred, Lennie, Hattie Mae, Annie Bell, Bernice, Gearldean and Marlene; his grandchildren, Crystal JoAnne Dykes (Brandon) and Timothy Joshua Collins; his great grandchildren, Noah Prather, Dakota Prather, Carter Hunter, Jacob Collins and Makayla Collins; his siblings, Durwood Sellars (Ruby Dale), Frances Bush and Doris Sexton; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Collins and Mildred Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
