He is survived by: his children, Laura Hamilton (Brady) and Will Taylor (Whitney); his brothers, Alan Taylor and Don Taylor (Sharon); his granddaughters, LizAnn, Leila Hamilton, Wellsley, Whidden and Wynne Taylor; and his nieces, Diane Frisbee and Robin Owens.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the New Bethel Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Bethel Baptist Church (6623 Lower Meigs Rd, Meigs, GA 31765).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

“I am so sorry for the loss for Keith’s family and friends. I was a bit of a wall flower in high school but I assure you his exuberance for life did not go unnoticed by me. I loved seeing all the many posts Keith made about visiting friends and family near and far over the last year plus. I always wanted to be on his dance card at the reunions because he was having the time of his life and finally got to at the last reunion I was able to attend about 5 years ago. Prayers to all.”

“My thoughts and prayers are with all the family! It is so sad to see our loved ones pass on but know that Keith is no longer suffering or in pain. He will be missed. Though miles away, I kept track of Keith on FB. Keith and I wEre next door neighbors growing up. Keith sang at my mother’s funeral and was loved by our family. (The Whatleys).
