He is survived by: his wife Brenda Covin; his children, Kanorris Covin (Bratisha), Kervin Covin (Elaine), Lamick Smith (Rose), Andre Owens (Lethia), Shun Grace (Michelle), Cartrice Covin, Tonya Covin, Shawnn Brinson (Paul), Shona West and Shapheria Woolcock; his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Keryn Deion, Josiah, Kalise, Aramis, Latasha, Aubrey and Bryson; his brothers, Remus Covin (Delicious), Jack Hill (Helen) and Walter Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Ball (Gary), Essie Wallace (Nathaniel), Gloria Wright, Sterling Wright, James Wright (Cressie) and Tommie Wright (Corene).

A burial was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at the Riverside Cemetery (200 Cotton Ave, Albany, GA 31701).
