She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Railey and Mamie Metts Railey; her spouse Owell L. Brogdon; her siblings, Rosie Miller, Allie Mixon and Willie Railey; and her great grandchild Hannah Brogdon.
She is survived by: her son Arnold Brogdon (Janie) of Alapaha; her grandsons, William Brogdon of Alapaha and Winston Brogdon (Lori) of Alapaha; her sister Mamie Gaskins of Alapaha; and her great grandchildren, Hudson, Henslee and Heidi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
