He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Agie Joiner and Roxie Elizabeth Bell Joiner; and his sister Quinn Nell Willis. He is survived by: his nieces, Paula Luke (Richard) of West Berrien, Phyllis Vickers (Lamar) of Nashville and Karrie Varnadoe (Denny) of Brunswick; and his nephew Paul Mills (Cindy) of Alapaha.
