He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Hoffman and Henrietta Evelyn Minyard Rogers; and his sister Donna Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Williford Hoffman of Alapaha; his daughters, Missy Hoffman of Valdosta, Tracy Whitehouse (Roger) of Alapaha and Paige Cooper (Al) of Nashville; his brother James Rogers (Debbie) of Lake Park; and his grandchildren, Chad Whitehouse (Sara), Amanda Gregory (Scott), Shelby Vosburg (Austin) and Brady Whitehouse. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
