She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry "Buddy" Rowe and Gearldine Hendley Rowe. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Rowland of Alapaha; her children, Kimberly McMillan (Steve) of Hahira, Kay Townsend of Enigma, Michael Rowland (Renee) of Rincon and Tim Rowland of Jacksonville; her sister Glenda Braswell of Alapaha; and her grandchildren, Emilie Rowland, Jackson Sparks, Mark McMillan and Drew Sparks. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, make memorial contributions to the Shriner's Hospital.
