He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas "Bud" Vickers and Mattie Ora McClellan Vickers; and his siblings, Wilma Bostic, Ann Harris, Vidareen Bray, Bonnie Gaskins, Elmon Vickers, Wilbur Vickers and Tharon Vickers.
He is survived by: his children, Iris Davis (Michael) of Alapaha, Iraman Vickers (Melissa) of Alapaha and Chad Vickers (Dale) of Alapaha; his grandchildren, Adrianne Roberts (Steven), Brady Vickers (Lexi), Dana Vickers, Collin Vickers, Katelin Vickers, Madison Heath and Kaiden Heath; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Roberts and Dean Vickers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
