He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis W. Dubose and Eula Mae Stevens Dubose; his grandson Alex McCorvey; and his siblings, Annette Redding, Carl Dubose and David Dubose.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dubose of Alapaha; his children, Jo Ann McCorvey (Pernell) of Nashville, Jeanette Eason (Lamar) and Dairel Dubose (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Ashley Summey (Johnny), James Eason, Morgan Hietala and Kayla Eason. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
