He is survived by: his wife Frances Purvis of Alamo; his children, Brenda Mitchell (Robbie) of Alamo and Mike Purvis of Alamo; his brother Don Purvis (Mildred) of Alamo; and his grandchildren, Heather Browning (Caleb), Elizabeth Knuckey (Mitchell) and Eric Kramer (Jennifer Hicks-Kramer).
