He is survived by: his father Steave Mullins of North Carolina; his daughters, Lylah and Isabelle Mullins; his mother Donna Pittman Mullins of Cedar Grove; his grandmother Sylvia Pittman of Cedar Grove; his siblings, Kris Mullins, Heather Gibson (Christopher), Jackie Morris and Frank Ollis (Taci); his aunt Renee; his uncle Alan Heath; and the mother of his children Jody Thacker. He is also survived by two nieces, and several other cousins, family, and friends.
