He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hiram Mobley, Sr. and Mitzie Mattox Mobley; and his brother Harold Mobley. He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Barber Mobley of Ailey; his sons, Hiram Mobley (Jessica) of Elberton and Justin Mobley of Ailey; his sister-in-law Becky Mobley of Uvalda; and his grandchildren, Aria of Elberton and Cora Mobley of Elberton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
