It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Smith (Ailey, Georgia), born in Blountville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 12, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Jack Smith; her parents, James Curtis Taylor and Patty Pauline Fields Taylor; and her brothers, Edward Taylor and Gene Taylor.

She is survived by: her children, Angela Beasley (Dwayne) of Vidalia, Darian Taylor (Jo Ann) of Alston and Renee Stevenson (Wes) of Bowling Green, Florida; and her sister Patricia "Pat' Myers (Don) of Alston.
