He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Fordham; and his mother Lois Craft. He is survived by: his children, Angela Barwick (Sammy) of Ailey, Jennifer Hairston (William Carter, Sr.) of Decatur, Michael Fordham (Teresa) of South Carolina and Tracy Fordham (Edith) of Altha, Florida; and his grandchildren, Joan Fordham, Haley Fordham, Brittney Fordham, Jayden Fordham, Cameron Fordham, Joshua Fordham, Jacob Barwick, Tabitha Mincey, Jamie Goggins, Tieshea Hairston, Nicholas Fordham and Ashleigh Fordham. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
