He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cooper and Rossie Thigpen Cooper; and his sister Rosemary Cooper Russell. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Cooper Adams (Steve) and Randall Cooper (Sherri); his nephew Michael Adams (Becky); and his nieces, Laura Adams of Spring Hill and Rachael Russell of Reidsville.
